We securely contain the collected pet waste and remove it from your property using our approved haul-away process. We do not leave the collected waste in your trash can unless another arrangement has been made.

When your outdoor trash can is accessible on service day, we lightly spray its interior and apply an odor-controlling powder to help reduce unpleasant smells. This is a complimentary odor cleaning treatment, not pressure washing or a deep cleaning.

You do not need to be home as long as the service area is safely accessible. Dogs must remain indoors or securely separated from the yard while we work. If a locked gate, loose dog, or another unsafe condition prevents access, the scheduled visit may still be charged.

Yes. We send arrival and completion notifications. After service, you will also receive a photo confirming the serviced yard and that your gate was securely closed.

Depending on route availability, we offer weekly, twice-weekly, and every-other-day service. Service days are assigned according to neighborhood routes, although you may share your preferred day. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times, but we will notify you before arrival.

No long-term contract is required. Service is automatically billed in four-week cycles using the card on file. You may cancel before your next service cycle by texting “CANCEL” or submitting our online cancellation form.

If you believe we missed part of the accessible service area, contact us within 24 hours. We will return and re-service the missed area at no additional charge, provided the area remains safe and accessible.
